Claiming free town after registering game

I just bought Sims 3 and there was a card that stated that I could get 10 dollars free Simspoints and could download a free town. After registering the game I clicked on the part to collect my simpoints, next to it was the button to claim the town. However I can not get back to the part where I can claim the free town. How do I claim the town now?

The "free town" is actually Riverview. So you can just go and get it from the store.

Is it the same way for the Explorer's loot for World adventures expansion pack? When I registered it, a list came up and it had the simspoints, the town and the loot. I clicked on the town and now can not find the explorers loot bonus. Thank you.
