Cant play Dragon Valley

I recently purchased Dragon valley and I can not launch it because it keeps telling me I don't have Origin when I do! I need help, this is turning out to be a waste of money! I have never had this issue

dragon valley is a world once downloaded and installed from your the sims 3 account it should then be in the main menu of your the sims 3 game +new game to start playing with it you play from whatever game disk or download game that you play with did you get your code the world and redeem it on your the sims 3 account ?

I bought the CD. I have tried downloading it straight from the disk also from my sims 3 account. both times it keeps telling me I have to have Origin to play the game. I get it all he play to the main menu/play screen and it tells me I don't have Origin so I cant go any further keeps telling me if I have Origin and still have the problem to contact tech support. I have done everything I can think of and nothing is working

if you do have origin you need to use the same eamil and password for both the sims 3 and origin account if you use dtwo different emails then contact CS to assist with mergeing the account if you dont have origin download it http://www.origin.com/download  and use the same email and password as your the sims 3 account as your sims 3 and origin will be tied together

make sure your game has the newest update check your launcher first to make sure if it says 1.57 then you are patche dup to date  1.57
