Cant download The Sims 3 [ Edited ]

ive been downloading the sims 3 for 2 days now and it got to 99% and an error message pops up saying

and now it comes up when i reinstall the game. ive tried everything i could think of to get rid of it and uninstall the game like download off the disk, restarting my laptop, reinstalling Origin, shutting down my laptop and leaving it and then reinstalling the game

Check that there is nothing blocking the download and there is nothing conflicting with Origin.

found out that i can repair the download did it and it doesnt work
