Cannot re-install University to my Sims3

I am trying to "re"-download my Sims3 University Expansion Pack. I had to uninstall of my Sims3 and the Packs. I have had no issue re-installing everything, but when I use the Origin download, it says that it has already been downloaded. What do I do next?
