Cannot play Sims 3, Device 0 error

When I try and play Sims 3 after I hit the "Play button", an error message pops up with this message:

"Unable to start game

Device 0 cannot run this title.

No supported video graphics card detected. Please check your system hardware."

I have a HP Envy x360 Laptop, and no player content or expansions. I just got this game and I haven't even opened it up yet. I downloaded it off of Steam.

I really don't know what to do so please help.

@Gamer_Tree13  As this game has been out for some time now newer video chips are not recognized by the game. Please post your computer's dxdiag - link - how to post your computer's dxdiag   thank you
