Cannot log onto The Sims 3 website!!!

I CANNOT LOG ONTO MY SIMS 3 ACCOUNT. IT KEEPS TELLING ME MY PASSWORD IS INCORRECT. I HAVE TRIED TO CLICK 'I FORGOT MY PASSWORD' BUT I NEVER RECEIVE AN EMAIL AFTER I LOG ONTO ORIGIN. HELP!!!

One of the CM suggested changing browsers. Basically if you're using Chrome, try Firefox. Have you tried that?

I have been using chrome. Thank you! :cathappy: Sorry for the question being in caps. I copied in from when I tried to search it under faq.

I have firefox and still cannot log onto pogo . says and internal error

If you have issues with Pogo, it's better to post in the Pogo forum and not in the Sims 3 forum.

People there can help you better.
