Re: Can't sign into my Sims3 account

I even created a new account to change the email + password since it didn't let me sign in, I waited 24 hrs to see if it was that and nothing, it says that my account exists and when I put the password it doesn't do anything. Please help, thanks! 
Is this ingame or on the webpage or on Origin ?

- Select Product: The Sims 3
- Select Category: Billing/Purchasing or Account Management
- Select Platform: PC
- Click Find solution
- Scroll down and click I still need help
- Click Chat Now to chat with a Game Advisor
