I have installed Sims 3 World adventure by disk quite a while ago, and i wanted to register the code online.
However, it doesn't work in both origin and thesims3 site.
The origin store says the code is already used,
while thesims3 site says it can't be registered.
Help please?

You are writing in the Answers HQ website's message forum, not on the Help Center website. We have no connection to the Sims' main website, either. If you haven't somehow created duplicate player accounts, then only a Game Adviser can assist you. All of them are on the Help Center, but you waited to the weekend, when only a mere skeleton size number of them are at work. You can wait an hour and more, easily on a Saturday, longer on Sundays.
The best time is supposed to be 10AM to 6PM, weekdays. Here is a walkthrough about connecting:
