I just bought Sims 3 Roaring Heights gold edition and tried to register it on the sims3 site as the instructions said. The first time I tried to register it there were 20 characters needed instead of 16 and said my code was invalid. I refreshed and this time it was 16 characters but it said that the code has already been used. I went to my purchase history and it wasn't there, I tried to redeem the code on origin instead and it said I had to go through the sims3 site. I've tried to redeem the code a couple more times but it keeps saying the code has already been used. I know I'm not spelling the code wrong as I've done it several times now and checked each time. I don't know why it's not accepting the code since I just purchased this maybe 45 minutes ago. I paid $35 for this so I either need a refund or a new code unless someone knows a way to fix this without a new code.
