Can't find the Game Tab on Origin

This did not help me very much, and the origin site doesn't look like that on my mac computer. I'm quite annoyed at this problem!

did you download origin to your computer ? you need to download origin to the computer make sure to download the right one as there is pc or mac version  of origin then launch origin from the desktop log in  with your email and password you use for your account

How do you re-download it? That is where I'm confused. I also cannot find the game tag, though I have read through the comments about twelve times now. (I'm not tech savvy at all)
