Can't find my purchased game.

Hi there,

Today I purchased The Sims 3 Pets and I can't find it anywhere to download it. I tried to use the serial code that came in my confirmation email but when I typed that into Origin I got an error. When I typed it into the "redeem code" section of thesims3.com, I was told it would be in my "purchase history". The Sims 3 Pet costumes which came free with the purchase was there, but there is no sign of the actual game.

Download the Origin client here: http://origin.com/download

The game should show in the myGames tab to download and install.

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the contact options to show up.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.
