Can't add simpoints

I want to add sim points to my game, it won't let me confirm, is being a mac user a factor? because i dont see the apple logo when i want to add credits

Where exactly are you purchasing Sims Points? Are you buying them from Origin: https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/search?searchString=simpoints

What exactly is going wrong with the purchase if you are on Origin?
