so my friend just bought me fifa 18 and gave me the code to redeem the game after redeeming the game i get this error Apologies for the inconvenience, we’re currently unable to retrieve your list of games. Please reload and try again and then obviously i logged in and out several times but to no avail im still getting this issue with a blank game library please help (this is my first game so no i didnt hide the game by accident :3) please help asap

@Sonarjhin  Is it possible your friend used the code also? The code can only be used once then the code is locked to the Origin account is use at that time. Codes can not be user de activated. Do you know where your friend bought the game?
