Hey there! I just recently created an account on here to be able to add things to my sims 3 game. Well, I went to put in the activation code to be able to do "upgrades," and it won't let me do it. This game was brand new in the wrapping, and the activation code is not good. I don't understand... Is tehre a way to get a new activation code, or at least get my original one reset? THANK YOU!

are you getting a message invalid code ? also are you using the same email and password for the sims 3 site as you have for origin if you used to seperate email again contact CS they might b eable to assist with this too
