i face a problem when i install the dragon valley.After entering 16-digit code, it shows

"We are not able to process your request".

May i know the reason why can't I install the game??

i tried many times on it.

Is that from the DVD ?

If so, try redeeming it here: https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html

Where it says redeem a code.
