A System Error has occurred?

I just bought Island Paradise and Ambitions. When I tried to register them, it worked fine and told me to claim my rewards. However, when I went to the rewards and clicked 'okay' on the installation, it gave me a popup message.

"A system error has occurred. Please try again at a later time."

My browser has worked fine with it before, and Windows hasn't updated since I got Pets, so that's not the issue. My launcher has been working fine, so I know it's not that either. So, what's going on with it?

PC. I have never seen nor played on a mac in my life, to be honest.

@NobodyXIV14 The rewards have changed since the packs were released. Go to thesims3.com - login - store - store contents - sets - holiday & gifts - registration rewards. The reward for AMB is ultimate career bundle and the reward for PI is tropical waters hat pack.
