I'm trying to go into a friend's tapped out on kindle fire and I keep getting a message saying they have newer content than me and its time to update. I can't see any updates and can't access my friends tapped out. Any help appreciated

Did you update your device to the new update in your app store? I read earlier on the other EA Tapped Out forum, that Kindle users didn't have the update yet. Don't know if that is still the case or not.

I don't have an available update in the app or game store, but whenever I try to go into my friends tapped out it keeps telling me I have to update.

Contact a game advisor, if you're on the Kindle Fire and make them aware of it: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ . It is you on the Kindle Fire, yes?

You have to contact them and complain then. Not sure why the update isn't out there.

I've just been told by an advisor that the game is not supported by kindle fire and there's nothing t hey can do!!
