I cant act my 3 actions by my friends

The only Friend Action available right now is to tap Bears.  If you or your neighbors are not at the point in the event where you can tap Bears you can't tap anything.  This should change when the event ends (will require a download update).

I can't seem to collect my daily points from my neighbors. It says I have three available in all my friends towns but there is nothing to click on. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

In my case, this only happens in my Other Springfield in the past 3 days. However, my friends' Springfield is normal.

I've got the same issue, I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the game to no effect. Any ideas how to get it straightened out? I've sent a message to EA tech waiting for an answer.
