I've been having problems with being able to click and collect money from friend's Springfield's. There is no money or spray cans to click on and it's been like this for about a week.

Is it all of your friends or just some of them? Usually when this happens it is because either your friends are not playing as often, or not collecting their handshakes. Or your friends are getting visits from their other friends and their town is full before you get there.
