problems with simpons tapped out

Cant seem to access my game...keeps taking me to tutorial everytime even when I log out and then log back in again.....im on level 59 and I really dont want to have to start all over again.

When you say "log out and log in" you mean you have a username and password for the game? Just need to clarify...
