my cash has been capped

Anyone else get their cash capped today?  Mine got locked down at a completely arbitrary looking number.  I was hoping to make it to 5 billion in the next few weeks, but now it's just stopped at 4.2 billion. Sure I spend some when I have to, every time I send characters on missions and for whatever's necessary to keep the game moving, but it all comes back in no time at all. 

I wonder if they'll ever release another Road to Riches item.  Seems like there's a final slot available "coming soon".
