Thank you Bafanc; I cannot request phone call as I’m not living in US/CN, and chat seems to be no option; I had to try email, then. I do still have hope.

@gorbetablezan I don't live in the US either, but the chat and telephone contact are present. These types of contacts are present only on certain days and at specific times. If I may ask, for which country do you need the contacts (do not answer if the question is off topic)?

I do need the contacts for Germany; and that ‘special times-special days stuff… they do it on purpose, right? I’d have to check the world clock to find out when there’s someone on the phone ar EA - wherever they’re sitting. I am just sad that I seem to lose this lvl 59 account.

@gorbetablezan Excuse me, in the other comment you had put the name "ANNA" and this had deceived me; I thought you were Italian! In Italy, telephone and chat are available during office hours (from Monday to Friday - from 10 to 19). Strange that in Germany it is not available. Try it here: https://help.ea.com/de/contact-us/?product=the-simpsons-tapped-out (if you don't have MAYEM ID put 0000)

Hahah, well… it is a very old name, so my parents gave it to me… I have received an email from ea, but they said something I disn’t understand, so I told them so. I hope they rephrase what they wrote. I will follow your link now. Thank you very much, indeed!!
