I have had this building for over 2 yrs. There r task that r suppose to do But my building is still locked. Tried to contact ea help. With no help

Which task are you referring to? 

Comic book Guy and Chief Wiggum both have a 5 minute task to go to Lard Lad that should be available any time you've got the characters free. Is this the task you mean? Is it greyed out when you click on either of these characters?

Which Lard Lad do you have?
The First church of Lard Lad cannot utilise the Christmas facade and the cops cannot visit it. You need the original, premium Lard Lad Donuts för those things.
