Just had live chat and suggested next time in find her put the building in storage and take it out again. If will let you know if it works when it try for the 6th time when my 16 hours is up

You can't put the building in storage in Find Maggie mode.  The rep you chatted with obviously didn't know what they were talking about.  They probably thought you had sent her on a task and couldn't tap the handshake.

Tap the center of the base of the BUILDING that Maggie is on top of, not Maggie.
