error occurred logging please try again later

i’ve been trying to log into sto for a while now and it just keeps saying error occurred please try again later, (still not working later) does anyone know a fix for this? haven’t been able to play on my account for like a few weeks now.

@bootahtickler - try this . . .

Head to your EA account and -

Check your email is verified
Check the rest of your info is correct
IMPORTANT: Change your password. You can change to the one you already use but you must go through the steps
Don't forget to hit Update to save the changes

Optional but recommended -
If you haven't already add a second email for account recovery in case you lose access to your main email
Add a phone number. You can tap Phone at log in and use that number to get codes via SMS

@bootahtickler I know it says optional to add a real mobile number but my account did this to me recently and the only fix was adding a mobile phone number and getting the code that way. I only log in that way now.
