I would advice that you'll be more specific than "help"
If you want others to benefit, you can state your question here, where players help players
If you choose to do so, I or others might be able to help you and others that have the same problem
but
in order to help, we need to know a little more about what you need help with
Example
The device will not load the game
You can not login
The graphics are messed up
A character is stuck, will not finish a job, can not start a job
You can not visit neighbours
The more we know, the better we can help
This Forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping/advising other Players.
