conform-o-meter broken

i have an issue in the conform-o-meter becousei have only half star in the justice category and i should have the 5 stars, This is not the first time i had this issue. but it was fixed. but sudenly it drops from 5 stars to half again. Please help me.

It can sometimes drop for no reason. Buy training walls if you want to keep it high.
