I am playing Simpsons tapped out and I can't log on to the game. It won't accept my username and password.

Update: I deleted the app from the iPad and re-installed it. I was able to get into the towns. Problem fixed for now.

What happens when you try to log in, do you get an error? The 3rd post in this thread has general troubleshooting tips and help for the ‘unable to process login’ message:

I have multiple towns (4 with email addresses). Since the morning I have not been able to log in to any of the non anonymous towns on my iPad. I tried my iPhone, was able to log in on one game, logged out, but again was unable to log into any other towns after that. The anonymous town still works on both devices. I have tried changing the password, still get the same error message " Log In To EA .. An error occurred processing  the login. Please retry. Continue"

Update: I can log in on my iPhone but still get an error message on my iPad.
