I'm really frustrated that this still isn't fixed! I haven't been able to play the game for over a week and I don't know how to contact EA or if they can even solve this problem. I don't understand why some of us are experiencing this but others aren't.
If anyone comes up with a solution or hears back from EA please update us! I really want to start playing again

I've had the same problem for about 2 months. Tried everything, including unistalling, restarting iphone all combinations.
I get to downloading updates page and the donut spins round and nothing happens. 1/108 updates now 0.0MB downloaded - never changes.

there is a totally new update out later so maybe that will fix our issues

the problem we're all having is a joke. EA doesn't care, I've sent several emails & the response I get is "oh we're working on it, sent your case to our "specialist". That was over a week ago. Notice how they haven't made any formal announcement about this problem? They don't care. And Im one of the stupid people who spent alot on donuts. Im in the process of trying o get a refund thru apple. You'd think EA would be on top of it because its costing them $$$ but sadly they aren't. So those us who keep trying to get into our games we need to face it that we've lost our towns & if we want to keep playing we have to start over. I sure hope Im wrong but as of right now this is how its looking or us. AND THEY DON'T CARE...

Since the halloween update i am also having this problem, cant get in on any device. it logs in says welcome then boot.
Also if i log out of origin i can play the game anonymously with no problems.
other accounts work on my devices fine.
