bought donuts but did not recieve them

I bought 60 day old donuts from gil and they are not showing up on my game. I have logged off and logged back in and i still dont have them? i dont want to pay for donuts i dont recieve. What do i do? Email- [edit: email address removed]. plz help

Same here...tried all of the online tips (i.e. log out, visit friends, reset device) and still no donuts after several hours!!

I thought I was the only one experiencing this problem until I logged on and saw that I wasn't alone and it looks like EA has not yet replied to anyone about the issue!!! PLEASE SOMEONE FIX THIS PROBLEM OR GIVE ME A FULL REFUND BECAUSE YOU SURELY HAVE TAKEN YOUR MONEY FOR THE ITEM!!!!
