I had this same issue a few months back and the tech guy walked me thru fixing the problem. Now they did away with the new issue request and I don't know how to get a new fix and can't seem to access the old case files to see what I had to do then. Please help. I love the game and am mssing it.

Hi Friend,

Have you tired uninstalling and reinstalling the game? That works for a lot of issues. If it doesn't help I'd call EA back till I found a 

tech person who can help. Good Luck and let us know what happens.
