Why cant i see my facebook friends towns?

I started playing because I had a few friends that played and I have paid the 5doughnuts to add friends and can't add any of them and not able to get the doughnuts that I spent back why is this? Also they are on Facebook friends list but does not show up when I go to add them to my friends in the game. Is this going to be fixed soon????
