What is the best item in the game that you can currently buy or get from the mystery box or the yearbook mystery box?

I think either the duff factory or the professor frinks lab as he used to be useful for several events.

A tip from a friend, from someone who has completed a city in less than 10 months (yearbook emptied, max level, golden goose, God, max accumulated money reached etc.) .. BEFORE spending donuts elsewhere EMPTY the yearbook! Other really important and unique things are the golden goose, God and maybe even Jahweh and some tokens to win the two buildings that generate donuts on Black Friday!

I'm gonna say Little Lisa's Recycling Plant.  It pays out Blueprints for the Monorail which leads to getting donuts after a couple of weeks or so.
