Wanted Bandit Won't Appear

The wanted bandit won't appear in my Springfield but did in my wife's. It's my daily challenge an he won't appear. I really need EA to help me!!!

The Wanted Bandit only appears once every 24 hours.  When he is in your town there will be a task in your task book to catch him.

Getting the Challenge to tap him does not make him appear in your town.  The Challenge will hold until he does appear.  You don't have to finish Challenges by any specific time or date.  I've left Challenges in my Challenge menu for days and was still able to finish them when I got around to them.  Or you can chose to swap it out for a different Challenge.
