WARNING on Tapped Out

I have a Level 41 account under one email but because my account was messing up I logged out and made an anonymous account. Now I have my account back the warning comes up. I'm worried if I press one it will erase my progress so which one do I press to keep my Level 41.

Scary, isn't it.  You'll see that again.  And again.  And again.  I've been playing 7 years and it happens to me.  I just hit Play Now and OK on the next screen and I've never had a problem.
