Connect to your EA / ORIGIN profile and log in with EMAIL and PASSWORD: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index
Once inside, do:
1) CHECK and UPDATE your personal data
2) CHECK that your email is VERIFIED, otherwise perform the verification
3) ADD a secondary email and / or a phone number (they will be used in case of emergency and as an alternative method to receive the security code - the phone enables VOICE or SMS)
4) SAVE the changes made
5) Before exiting, CHANGE PASSWORD (Important)
If you follow all the steps correctly you will see that you solve
Small note: the code is valid for only 10 minutes from the request; this is true even if the email takes longer to arrive

@kvalitetsego what is the error message that appears? My recommendations should resolve the incorrect code message, obviously if there is no other cause, such as typing errors, code expired because 10 min has been exceeded. If you can't resolve it, I recommend that you get help from a customer service advisor.

@kvalitetsego I figured yours was a different mistake. You said that you have already checked your personal data registered on your profile and that you have changed your password. WELL, now please try to log in using another device, so as to understand if it is a problem with the device or the account.
IF using another device you can access, once inside your city perform some mission, collect the income of buildings or characters, then go to the neighboring area and enter the first city you find on the left (another Springfield) and perform the 3 shares; get out of town and then play. Try logging in from your device now
IF using another device you are NOT able to log in and the system responds with the same error, all you have to do is contact the assistance center and speak to an advisor (I recommend that you avoid email and choose chat or telephone, options that are not always available , but only on working days and hours)
