Vacuum and Ghost bombs locked again

Hi

Recently unlocked the dolphin king and all of a sudden I no longer have access to my ghost vacuum and ghost bombs in the top right hand corner, they are greyed out, but I have unlocked both items. The game also seemed to skip the dolphin king levels and I haven't been able to use any of these functions since. 

The rest of the game seems to be running fine and the update did not fix the problem. I updated and reinstalled and rebooted my device and still nothing

Any one have the same problem or a solution?

I lost my vaccum tool abiut 4-5n days ago. Does anyone know how I can get it back?

Also missing my vacuum tool for about two weeks and mine is also grayed out. Posted on forum before but no help and also messaged a mod and was told to uninstall/reinstall but that did not work. Told to secondly lodge a ticket on EA but can't find where you do that.
