Ultrahouse 2

I've already emailed about his, but the chat was closed.  I got a notice saying I had received Ultrahouse 2, but it is Not in my inventory.   I got the notice at the same time I tapped the Social part of Simpsons.  Now I have gotten everything else in my inventory just not Ultrahouse.  Is there anyway you could replace it?  Thank you!
