Tsto pop up to receive a prize because its almost 2016 but i didnt receive.

NYE EVENT I was logged into my friends springfield on my device and I received a pop up for a prize from tapped out to celebrate 2016. I know this message was meant for my Springfield because I'm much farther advanced but I was on my friends springfield so when I went back to mine, no prize please help...thanks

What prize?

Did you check your inventory?

if it was a personal prize it should be in your inventory

if it was a notification for the New Year ball quest you need to do the tasks to recieve it.
