Tsto crashes since last update

Since update on the Simpsons tapped out to v4.39.0 it crashes when you get to collect money from buildings or completed character jobs. It will let me log into the game, but when I tap to collect coins it freezes for a second then the game shuts down.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It will show the title screen and begins the download but crashes almost immediately.

Simpsons Baby Update crashes within a minute of loading on Kindle Fire.

What trouble shooting have you done?

How much free space do you have?

What is your connection? WiFi? 4G? 3G?

Basic Trouble shoot

Log out/Log in
Hardclose game
Restart device
Clear cache
Free up space

Load on another device
Try a different wifi/connection/internet/broadband

If connected to EA/Origin: do a delete/reinstall of the game
If you play Anonymously a delete/reinstall will get your game lost
