Big box daily challenges won't work
Every day it say that I will get a challenge in 24hours but once the 24 hours are up don't get a challenge and it says wait another 24hours please help me it has been like this for a while

Do you have any pending challenges in the menu?  You can only have 3 pending challenges at a time.

No it been empty since the problem started

Sounds like you need to contact Customer Support then.  When setting up the report you should select "Technical support" as your Topic.

This is happening to me too and tech support couldn't help me. Have you resolved this issue yet?

No sorry I messaged then and they keep saying we're transferring you to someone who might fix it but an hour and a half and I'm still waiting on chat they also said someone would email me two weeks ago
