Transfer my donuts to a working account

It's been more than 3 months since I can't access my springfield ans still no solution has been given to my problem, I can login but it kicks me out of the app as soon as I try to go into my springfield

I bought 900 donuts with this account and I don't like lossing my money like that, is there a way to get them tranfered to a new account? Or what are my options? besides doing nothing and hoping that someday somehow my account gets fixed

Hi donrawiri,

 

Have you already contacted an EA Game Advisor about that?

You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.
