Tickets debited but no prize.

Hi.

I purchased the log ride loop. My tickets were debited, however, I did not receive the item. It did not go to the place/store in inventory page and there is no tick next to the item in the purchase area. I was also only a few hundred tickets away from prize level nine, and now I’m level 8 and back to 0. Any tips on what to do? I know the next set of prizes aren’t unlockable yet but surely I should have received the one I paid for.

we are a players helping players forum. You may need to check your whole inventory. If no luck there contact EA as we can't fix these problems
