This has been in no way resolved - game crash

My game still continues to crash as soon as I try to visit a tapped out neighbor. I've missed every day of sending hearts to neighbors so far. I am very disappointed that my first post was labeled "resolved" when it is not. I've restarted my phone and even deleted and redownloaded my game and that didn't even work.
