hey i was on lv 59  i lv up to lv 60 but there the was no message  saying level up it just went back back to 0 still on lv 59 please can u fix this problem

There is no level 60 yet.

When you reach the current level and fill the XP bar you get a chance to win 1, 2, or 3 donuts.

 @wadebear is correct @ghoulfication. That's why you see the icon of a present at the end of the XP bar.

Now the max is 939 

but

at the time the original post was made, there was no lvl 60
