The new Halloween event on the Simpsons is not working.

I finished killing kearnyman and even spent doughnuts and never got credit. Put in ticket with eA and they set my game back a few days still didn’t help. This they offer to bring my game back to level 60!!! I’m level 105!! I’m so irritated I’ve been playing for 5 years and am just about over it. They stopped caring about this game awhile ago.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Are you sure you didn't receive the proper credits for killing kearnyman? If I remember properly the reward was frogs, the event currency and I believe it was 100. I have a hard time remembering how much currency I have. Maybe you just didn't notice?

There was a patch released the other day. It addressed many event issues. Hope it helped you as well.

thanks for your reply.  I did get rewards, but my original post was regarding the task counter which kept going back to 0/15.  It finally moved on, but wasted a lot of time. I'm attaching a pic showing the counter as of now, in case I'm calling it by the wrong term.
