The black hole"goal completed" glitch, can't play

I have a pop-up on screehole the black hole PT.3 collect your award.

When I click "collect" it closes game, I reloaf the game and it repeats...It's been 4 days since I haven'tbeen able to play and it keeps saying I have to many zombies on my Springfield, help please..... I paid real money for donuts so I don't want to delete the game and re install as it said I will lose everything.

Hi cindytomac,

Have you already tried closing the game app from the multitasking menu and then reopening it? (This helps with many problems as it clears your game cache.)

Just in case - here's how to close the app:

• Exit The Simpsons: Tapped Out
• Double-click the home button on your device to bring up the multitasking bar at the bottom
• Tap and hold the Tapped Out icon until you see the red "minus" button
• Tap the red "minus" button to close the app.
