I'm having the same issue as previously mentioned... is it just a busy server?

For some reason, I can add people who've posted their usernames here, but not my friend from real life. I've tried both her email address and her username, and it says 'no results.' What could be causing this? 

My username is Lhyzz, btw. Feel free to add me!
