My account was setup with my email address and I was happily playing until one day last week it just stopped allowing me to login. It was showing an error with the login, but email and password were fine. Eventually I reset the password just in case. Still no change, then reinstalled, no change, then logged onto origin through a computer and it wanted me to setup an ID to go with my email address and now when I attempt to login with my email to the game, it says that I'm going to create a new create game!
I was at level 29 with extras from snake hunt. I don't want to start all over. I lodged a ticket on Saturday and again on Monday but still haven't had a response to either tickets.

Lost my game can"t even sighn in my log in is also not working l log in and out and still can't get it to work I was on level 28. Please help thank you.

Msblacksat531 not being able to log in or out of my simpson game orgin .does not appear and it star5 the game at the beginning. I try instaloed and back a lot of times, still the new game start over. Its very frustrating. Help. Thank you.

Click on help with a game
Click on the Simpson's Tapped Out logo
Scroll to the bottom of the page, click on contact us
Select your appropriate platform
Click next on bottom right
Select a topic
Tell us a little more: Simpson's Tapped Out
Click next
You will then have the option for Answer HQ, Live Chat or Email
If you see live chat and want to wait, click it.
If you want to send an email, click that one.
