The Simpsons - Tapped Out Lost all game data/game reset

My girlfriend had to have her phone reset but didnt have an origin account so she lost like 45 levels. It keeps saying theres a facebook account linked to a town, would she like to link it to her new town but she wants to know how to get her old town back - it was linked to facebook. Any help would be very appreciated!

I feel your pain! I too have played this game for over 4 years and had reached level 60. Yesterday, every time I tried to scratch a ticket from the Kwik e Mart the game would kick me out. Last night, it kicked me out then reset me to level 1. I had an Origin account and had linked to Facebook, but somehow EA have no record of my progress! I have spent 4 hours speaking to their live chat service to no avail. My family are my 'friends' in the game and see that my beautiful town that I spent so much time on has been obliterated. I got them into this game!! They now see my distress and do not want to play! Did your issue ever get resolved? EA reckon they have forwarded my issue onto 'specialists' but I have lost all hope. Please tell me some good news!

When I want to play again it said for me to redownload it so I did and I have to free up some space so I deleted my games I went to play and it sent me back to the beginning I don't know why and I wanted to see if you can fix this problem thank you very much

I have been playing since December 2017, and I was level 30!!!! My brother deleted the app and a reinstalled and it started me from level one. I wasted almost 250 dollars on 690 donuts and it’s all gone. I had over 1.6 million dollars and lost it all. If anyone could help plz do.

@DaddyOcroch Did you play anonymously or do you have an account and logged into the game to play? If you did play anonymously, do you have a note of your Mayhem ID? (a unique number linked to your town). If you do have an account, then you can just log into the game again as town progress is held on the EA servers.

It has done the same to me I emailed them asked them to sort this problem out but no reply at all
